TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Payment can be made via wetravel, cash or paypal and confirmation will be sent once payment is received.
- The full balance is due 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

2. Cancellation Policy
 

A) Cancellation by Participant
- If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the retreat start date, a full refund (minus a [20%] administration fee) will be issued.
- Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the retreat are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures.

B)Cancellation by Organizer
- In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (insufficient enrollment or health/safety concerns), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another retreat.

3. Health & Safety
- Participants are encouraged to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation.
- By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical health and capable of engaging in the activities during the retreat.

4. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to respect the retreat space, facilitators, and fellow participants.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

5. Liability

- While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, participants engage in activities at their own risk.
- Movement Mexico is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the retreat.

6. Changes to the Program
- We reserve the right to modify the schedule or program due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the best experience possible for all participants.
